1. Dilarang memakai hasil komisi untuk diberi/di-generate/di-training AI dan NFT, jika melanggar klien akan kena denda 5x lipat dari harga komisi. | Prohibited from using commission results for input/generation/training of AI and NFT, if violated client will be charged 5x penalty from commission price.
2. Dilarang mengubah, dan jiplak hasil komisi tanpa izin. | Prohibited to modify, and copy commission results without permission.
3. Penggunaan perseorangan, jika akan dipakai untuk komersial akan dikenakan 3x lipat biaya normal. | Personal use, if will be used for commercial will be charged 3x normal fee.
4. Perkiraan pengerjaaan komisi sekitar 1-2 pekan tergantung kerumitan yang diminta oleh klien. | Estimation completion of commission around 1-2 weeks depending on complexity requested by client.
5. Berikan sumber acuan gambar yang diinginkan dengan detail, diskusikan di DM atau surel. | Provide reference sources of desired images with details, discuss in DM or email.
6. Maksimal perbaikan 3x (sketsa kasar) jika lebih dari itu, maka dikenakan biaya tambahan. | Maximum 3 revisions (rough sketch) if more than that, then additional fees will be charged.
7. Biaya komisi akan bertambah jika klien meminta properti tambahan dan/atau latar belakang rumit. | Fee commission will increase if client requests additional properties and/or background details.
8. DP 50% dan full payment ketika sketsa sudah di-setujui oleh klien. | 50% DP and full payment when sketch is approved by client.
9. Hasil komisi akan dikirim lewat surel. | Commission result will be sent via email.
10. Pembayaran bisa menggunakan Livin Mandiri, GoPay, PayPal, dan Ko-fi. | Payment can use Livin Mandiri, GoPay, PayPal, and Ko-fi.
11. Saya memiliki hak menolak permintaan komisi apabila melewati batas kenyamanan dan, atau dirasa tidak mampu mengerjakannya. | I have the right to reject commission requests if it exceeds comfort limits and/or I feel unable to complete it.
12. Saya sepenuhnya memiliki hak cipta atas hasil karya yang dibuat. | I fully own the copyright to the artwork created.
13. Klien memiliki hak untuk mengunggah hasil karya dengan tera tirta atau kredit di media sosial. | Client has the right to upload the artwork with watermark or credit on social media.
14. Klien tidak memiliki hak untuk menjual hasil karya mentah (kecuali membeli dengan harga komersial). | Client does not have the right to sell the raw artwork (unless purchased with commercial price).
15. Klien memiliki waktu maksimal 48 jam untuk memberikan feedback pada sketsa kasar. Jika tidak ada komunikasi dari klien dalam periode tersebut, permintaan layanan akan dianggap dibatalkan secara otomatis. | Client has time maximum 48 hours to provide feedback on rough sketch. If no communication from client during that period, the service request will be considered cancelled automatically.
